And fine cuisine...
Native of the Baie des Chaleurs region and installed at the Manoir de Perce since 1956, the Bujold family will have travellers appreciate a warm atmosphere and a typically Gaspesian fine cuisine.

Succomb to Edgar's (the father) smoked salmon and to Yvette's (the mother) cod livers. Our cooks, all certified by the Institut d'hôtellerie du Québec, offer you a fabulous choice of fish and seafood dishes. One of their specialities is a Gaspesian bouillabaisse. And to top it all off, melt in the mouth delicacies prepared by our pastry cook. A succulent meal from beginning to end.

Restaurant L\'Eau à la BouchePhoto : Auberge des Belles Soeurs

Nestled right by the sea, the Auberge les Belles-Soeurs welcomes you to a wonderful, relaxing stay during your trip around the Gaspé Peninsula. You will enjoy beach access and have a chance to view whales as well as shore and sea birds - not to mention our one-of-a-kind Gaspesian sunsets.

We have four cozy, unpretentious rooms available, each with its own distinctive features. They do have one thing in common, though - you will be rocked to sleep by the gentle breaking of waves on the shore.
