The Route bleue de la Gaspésie offers a navigable network that is close to 700 kilometres long for shallow draft boats. Each river opening allows you to discover a village where kayakers and boaters find all the services to meet their needs, from the rustic campground to the warm inn. Devoted to boating tourism, this nautical club welcomes boaters and offers, among other services, showers, laundromat, water, electricity, and Internet access. A rate of $1/foot is required for all boats wishing to moor here, the fourth consecutive day is free. Payment in cash only. VHF frequency 68. Schedule: May 28th to September 22nd, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

One of the most important sailing schools east of Montréal. Located in the magnificent Gaspé Bay, it is known as the best body of water in the province to safely learn and practice sailing. The Le Cormoran sailing school has a complete array of over 30 boats: Optimist for children, dinghies, catamarans, sailboats for groups, keel boats. The school's activities are supervised by instructors certified by the Fédération de voile du Québec: regatta training sports camps, one-week sailing camps for children between the ages of 6 and 16, one-day courses, private courses for all ages, supervised excursions, and rentals. Group packages available, and lodging available at a low price.  Schedule: June 15th to September 1st, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., daily. Reservations recommended.

The Carleton-sur-Mer marina, which opens onto the Chaleur Bay and which is recognized by the Club des plus belles baies du monde, offers boaters an important array of services and has become, through the years, a key place for meeting and entertainment.
