A visit to a tithe barn will introduce you to the history of tithing, a type of tax once paid in grain or potatoes. This site also features an exhibition on the military heritage of La Mitis, which was home to the No. 9 Bombing and Gunnery School during the Second World War.
Next, visit exhibitions by various artists at the Galerie d’Art du Vieux Presbytère located in a magnificent heritage building that was once a presbytery.
