La Fabrique, Matane
The La Fabrique craft brewery offers a blackboard menu of 12 to 18 beers, including many regulars as well as several seasonal or experimental brews. It also offers a few carefully selected beers from other Québec microbreweries on tap. Be sure to taste La République, a light and refreshing blonde ale that is made on site and is perfect on a hot summer day.

Microbrasserie Le Malbord, Sainte-Anne-des-Monts
It was La Collin, an Irish red ale, that first brought attention to the Le Malbord microbrewery. Inspired by Leon Collin, a fisherman originally from Tourelle who was also a storyteller in his spare time, this beer will introduce you to the unique character of Haute-Gaspésie. Le Malbord also makes several other tasty craft beers inspired by the riches of the land and offers a few options from invited microbreweries that change every few weeks. Located in a former general store, Le Malbord gives new life to this heritage building.

Brewed near the picturesque fishing harbour of L’Anse-à-Beaufils,Pit Caribou beers are made with quality regional ingredients. There are many to choose from, including Lollipop, which was crowned best beer at the Chambly beer festival in 2015. Consider yourself very lucky if you manage to get your hands on this delicious pinkish sour beer with aromas of lemon, strawberry and raspberry. Otherwise, satisfy your thirst with a pint of Blanche de Pratto, which has hints of coriander and citrus.

Making a point of using the best and most local ingredients possible,Le Naufrageur offers about 20 unique, creative beers. Available all summer, the À La Bourdages beer is a perfect drink to savour on a terrace on a hot day! This strawberry amber is made from a light must fermented with yeast and strawberry pulp used in the making of Alexis, a strawberry wine from Ferme Bourdages Tradition in Saint-Siméon.

The Microbrasserie La Captive has taken root in La Vallée de la Matapédia in the heart of a historic building that once housed the city's headquarters, including the police station, its prison and the fire station. On the menu, a fine selection of house beers in rotation according to the seasons. You will find a wide range of local products at the shop. For the munchies, the menu offers appetizers, salad meals, gourmet sandwiches, decadent burgers, fine pizzas and much more.
