The Gaspesia Race Series includes the Gaspesia Marathon (road running), the Ultra Trail Gaspesia 100 (trail running), the famous Raid Gaspesia 100 (mountain biking) and the Gaspesia Polar Trail Series.
Fort Causap au Royaune du Saumon, Causapscal
From July 26 to 30, 2023, Causapscal becomes a huge outdoor playground! About 20 teams compete in over a dozen challenges at Fort Causap, which is inspired by the French adventure-style game show Fort Boyard. The goal is to finish each challenge as quickly as possible while avoiding traps and try to qualify for the finals. Every year, new and even more original challenges are created for this event. If you don’t feel up to paticipating, attend as a festival-goer! Fort Causap is also 5 days of shows and family activities attracting over 12,000 people.

Ultra-Trail Chic-Chocs is a trail running event that takes place in the unique environment of Parc national de la Gaspésie, from August 18 to 20, 2023. This event features 8 races courses ranging in length from 2.8 km to 113 km.

Traversée de la Gaspésie à bottine et course (TDLG automne)
Under the theme “Back to Our Roots,” the TDLG on Foot will take place in October (dates to be confirmed), surrounded by the beautiful fall scenery of Gaspésie. The all-inclusive event includes 6 days of hiking with logistical and safety support, 7 nights of lodging, all snacks and meals as well as organized activities in the evenings. The route is presented to participants every morning and requires about 15 km to 20 km of hiking per day, on average. Get out your hiking boots!
