Centre d’art Marcel Gagnon in Sainte-Flavie

This art centre, which houses an inn and restaurant as well as an art gallery and gift shop, is easily recognizable around a bend in Route 132 where over 100 sculpted concrete figures emerge from the sea. Entitled Le Grand Rassemblement (The Grand Gathering), this large-scale art project by Marcel Gagnon invites contemplation as it transforms with the tides and sun.

Reford Gardens in Grand-Métis

A verdant paradise located along the banks of the St. Lawrence, the Reford Gardens are home to over a dozen gardens and about 3000 species and varieties of plants, including the famous Himalayan blue poppy. You can also visit superb heritage buildings and temporary and permanent exhibitions, including Elsie, Through the Eyes of..., which focuses on Elsie Reford, the gardens’ exceptional creator.

Centre Zoom Nature Desjardins in Mont-Joli

Get closer to nature through the permanent exhibitions and themed activities offered at the Zoom Nature Desjardins discovery centre. Enjoy fun guided activities as you discover minerals, fossils, wild plants and naturalized animals as well as live insects, snakes, turtles and lizards, including caimans.

Les Murmures de la Ville in Mont-Joli

Set off to discover Mont-Joli’s heritage buildings through Les Murmures de la Ville, a unique walking tour of murals and public art. Including 36 stations, this tour tells the story of Mont-Joli’s rich history through murals. QR codes captured by your phone provide you with information that enriches your experience and allows you to discover places at your own pace.

Caves in La Rédemption

Discover the wonders of speleology by visiting these caves in La Rédemption. The main cave, Spéos de la Fée, is over 46 metres deep, making it the deepest cave in Québec! It also features a via ferrata, a steel cable upon which you can secure yourself to climb through the cave safely. Guided tours are offered to visitors in good physical condition over the age of 8.
