La Mitis

La Côte-de-Gaspé

The hotel’s restaurant, TÉTÛ Taverne Gaspésienne, features tasty regional cuisine, house cocktails and craft beers in a superb contemporary decor overlooking Gaspé Bay.

Thanks to record snowfalls, Murdochville is a popular destination for snowmobilers, who like to stay at Hôtel Copper. The 24-room motel-style establishment is renowned for offering a warm and friendly service and is a great place to meet other snowmobilers.

The hotel also offers a bar and a dining room serving home-style cuisine. The varied menu includes grilled meat and chicken dishes as well as soups and salads. The basement houses an impressive exhibition of some 60 vintage snowmobiles belonging to the hotel’s owners, brothers Jacques and Bernard Gauthier. Take advantage of the snowmobile package, which includes a night in the hotel, dinner and breakfast.

Please note that the trail between La Cache and Murdochville is closed for the season due to safety issues with two bridges that require major work.
