Grand Tour

885 km, loop - 7 days

Upon arriving in Sainte-Flavie (via Route 132) or Mont-Joli (via Highway 20), you can set off on this epic tour by heading either north or south along Route 132, which splits to form an 885-km loop drive around the Gaspé Peninsula. 

Whichever direction you choose, this road trip will take you through a wide variety of picturesque landscapes featuring the sea, mountains, valleys, bays and shorelines.

During this grand tour of Gaspésie, you are invited to visit several national parks and tourist attractions. By opting for the North Tour (clockwise), you will first drive along the majestic St.Lawrence River before arriving at the tip of the Gaspé Peninsula, where you can admire a wild landscape and the immense Gulf of St. Lawrence.

By opting for the South Tour (counterclockwise), you will first drive through the lush Matapédia Valley, which is salmon country, and you can then relax on the inviting beaches of Chaleur Bay or explore the mountains by hiking or biking.
