Gaspesia Events offers sporting and outdoor experiences highlighting the Gaspesian territory while contributing to the development of a regional sporting culture through the Ultra Trail Gaspesia 100, Ultra Trail Forillon, Enduro Gaspesia, Trail Polaire Gaspesia and Marathon Gaspesia.
Festival Fort Causap, Causapscal
From July 23 to 27, 2025, Causapscal becomes a huge outdoor playground! About 20 teams compete in over a dozen challenges at Fort Causap, which is inspired by the French adventure-style game show Fort Boyard. The goal is to finish each challenge as quickly as possible while avoiding traps and try to qualify for the finals. Every year, new and even more original challenges are created for this event. If you don’t feel up to paticipating, attend as a festival-goer! Festival Fort Causap is also 5 days of shows and family activities attracting over 12,000 people.
Ultra-Trail des Chic-Chocs
Ultra-Trail des Chic-Chocs is a trail running event that takes place in the unique environment of Parc national de la Gaspésie, from August 15 to 17, 2025. This event features 7 races courses ranging in length from 4 km to 170 km.
