Zoom Nature Desjardins

1026, boulevard Jacques-Cartier
Mont-Joli, Québec G5H 0B1

Located in the Rivière Blanche heritage train station near the roundabout in Mont-Joli, this regional flora and fauna interpretation centre offers permanent exhibitions and activities focused on nature themes. Zoom Nature Desjardins offers fun activities led by guides to help you discover exhibitions focused on biodiversity: insects, wild plants, naturalized animals, minerals and fossils. Visitors of all ages can also learn about red worm composting. The centre also houses live specimens such as snakes, turtles, lizards (including caimans) and insects from Mistral Sauvage, the only mini zoo located in a school in the province of Québec!
