Cap-Chat Distillery develops and crafts spirits using flowers, plants, spices, and wild, natural herbs, most of which are harvested from our immediate surroundings in Gaspésie.
The distillery is located right on Route 132, facing the sea, and very close to the Cap-Chat municipal rest area. Come visit us and enjoy a tasting! Our shop offers a full view of the sea, and our tasting area allows you to see the production room where our spirits are made.
