What to do in Gaspésie in February

In February, winter is at its best in Gaspésie. The trails are all open, the snow is plentiful, and the conditions are perfect for snowshoeing, downhill skiing, backcountry skiing, and snowmobiling.

It’s also the perfect time to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a delicious meal, a treat from a local chocolate shop, or a relaxing getaway in a chalet or spa.

Important Information

  • Winter hiking may involve muddy trails, snow at higher elevations, and very cold temperatures. Make sure to wear appropriate clothing.
