Admire the remains of the Machault, an imposing 26-gun sailing ship, and relive the very last naval battle between France and Great Britain for control of North American territory in 1760.
Don’t miss: a guided tour in period costume. Available all season by reservation only.

In collaboration with the Mi’gmaq community of Listuguj, discover a birchbark canoe crafted by artisans. Learn more about how it was made and how it was used.

Free admission from June 19 to September 7, 2026, inclusive. Outside this period: Adults $5, Seniors $4.50, free for ages 17 and under, commercial groups: $4.25 per person. Costumed guided tour: $12/adult, $8.50/child, group of up to 20 people $12/person, group of more than 20 people $8.50/person.
