This festival was inspired by the French adventure-style game show Fort Boyard during which 22 competing teams of 10 people face challenges with endurance, skill and agility while spectators cheer them on. Five days of programming in addition to activities for young people, a bingo night, reunion lunches, and a diverse lineup of performances featuring a wide range of musical styles to appeal to a broad audience.
