Admire the village and the nightly-lit cape from a panoramic rest area, while hiking along the trail that leads you to the River where the Gisant (a rock sclupted by the sea resembling the outline of a human face) rests. In the village centre, visit the Tourist Welcome Bureau and enjoy the Alexis-Caron Park offering a playground and a tennis court. Also found here is a path along the river which leads to the covered bridge, the beach and to the wharves where you can enjoy sport fishing.
On the other shore, see exhibits and the artisan market at the Espace Esdras-Minville. From Route 132, enter the valley and access a biking trail surrounded by conifers, the Lac à la Ferme as well as a shooting range. In the Grande-Vallée Cove lies the wreck of SS Frederika Lensen, a key witness to the Battle of the St. Lawrence, accessible by scuba diving.
