A pioneer in food development in Gaspésie since 1997, this artisanal bakery offers exceptional products in a warm and friendly atmosphere, while showcasing local and wild ingredients from Gaspésie and Québec.
The bakery makes breads, pastries and other baked goods as well as uniquely flavoured gelatos that have made it a popular stop in the Chaleur Bay sector. All the flours they use are organic and/or made in Québec.
