Covering an area of over 300 km2, this regional park is located along the shores of the Mitis River, which connects the Notre-Dame Mountains to the St. Lawrence coastline. The park offers a wide variety of attractions and activities: conceptual gardens, hiking trails, wildlife observation, hunting, fishing, camping, etc. The trails are accessible all year-round: 8 trails, 0,2 to 1,9 km, easy level
