The interprovincial bridge linking Pointe-à-la-Croix to the city of Campbellton, in New Brunswick, marks the main entry into Québec. A cross, once erected by the Micmacs on a point of the Ristigouche River, inspired the name for this place.
The lookout, at an altitude of 210 m allows you to take in the view of the Appalachians at the mouth of Chaleur Bay, and a boardwalk bordering the superb salmon river, the Restigouche. Birdwatching trails, hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Visit historic and cultural sites, such as the national museum dedicated to the Battle of the Restigouche, and the Young house.
