Villa Estevan Lodge (Jardins de Métis)

Your visit experience at the Jardins de Métis/Reford Gardens can not be complete without having tasted the flavors of our gardens in our two restaurants.

In the sumptuous surroundings of Estevan Lodge, the restaurant offer a luncheon menu featuring the unique tastes of the region and from the gardens’ plant collections. From more than 150 edible plants, a selection is picked daily in our vegetable garden. The menu highlights local products and producers, sustainable seafood from the St. Lawrence as well as native plants foraged from the forests of the Lower St. Lawrence and Gaspésie regions. Visitors will be able to enjoy a unique culinary experience with a 4-course "Carte Blanche" menu with flavors from the gardens.

The café-bistro Le Bufton, located at the main entrance to the Gardens, suggests a quick menu and tasty in a friendly setting. Are offered to you on site or to take away, sandwiches and salads of the day but also homemade pastries to enhance your coffee. In addition, beers from regional microbreweries, wines and beverages are available, just to enjoy your visit even more.

The garden café, Buvette des Jardins, offers you a stop halfway during your course or for a 5 to 7 after your visit. Come and have an aperitif in a setting enchanting and enjoy one of our small plates, natural wines and refreshments.
