Distillerie des Marigots

Perched atop a cliff in Caplan, the Distillerie des Marigots enjoys an incredible location overlooking Chaleur Bay. Housed in a beautifully designed timber building with large windows, the distillery offers visitors views of both the production activities and the sea.

The building and facilities were carefully designed to welcome visitors and provide a unique experience. The goal is to encourage interaction and offer an insider's perspective on the production process and the art of crafting spirits.

The master distiller at Distillerie des Marigots draws inspiration from Gaspesie's landscapes when creating spirits, taking care to highlight the exceptional quality of the region's ingredients. The approach focuses on showcasing the aromas and flavours of the surrounding environment and Gaspesie's agricultural expertise. The coastal setting also influences the creation of each product, which is crafted in small batches.

Guided tours of the facilities are available by reservation. A boutique and tasting area are also available.
