With their unique flavours, our cheeses will take you on a journey from the St. Lawrence to the fields and mountains of Gaspésie where the art of cheese-making really shines. You will have the opportunity to discover our fresh cheese curds, aged cheddar (L’Épave), semi-firm cheese with probiotics (Le Rayon d’Or), fresh cheese spread (Le P’tit Blanchon), halloumi-style cheese (Le Blé des Sables), soft cheese (La Perle), cheese fondue trio and delicious homemade cheesecakes. We also offer a wide range of local products to accompany your cheeses as well as a small snack bar where you can enjoy tasty dishes prepared with our delicious cheeses.
