Access to the Region
Upon arriving in Sainte-Flavie (via Route 132) or Mont-Joli (via Highway 20), you can set off on an epic road trip by heading either north or south along Route 132, which splits to form an 885-km loop drive around the Gaspé Peninsula.
Whether you opt for the North Tour or the South Tour, this road trip will take you through a variety of picturesque landscapes featuring the sea, mountains, valleys, bays and shorelines.
The Via Rail train travels between Mont-Joli and Matapédia. Train service is no longer available from Matapédia to Gaspé nor are there any railways on the north side of the Gaspé Peninsula.
