Mont-Joli (ville)

Located at the intersection of Highway 20 and scenic Route 132, Mont-Joli wishes is in an exceptional geographical position. Surrounded by enchanting rural landscapes along the St. Lawrence, the town offers a warm and welcoming living environment with many natural and outdoor attractions.

As you exit the roundabout, you will find a tourist information bureau as well as a recreational tourist area nearby, which offers various products and services for travellers. This is also where you will find Zoom Nature, a discovery centre focused on biodiversity. Mont-Joli is the central hub of the La Mitis sector and capital of murals in Eastern Québec gives you the opportunity to discover local history through a walking tour of murals and public art.

A member of the village-relais network (which are municipalities recognized for offering certain services year-round), Mont-Joli has also been awarded four “florets” for its horticultural beautification efforts by Fleurons du Québec.
