Founded in 2008 by master chocolatier Carl Pelletier, the business is now carried forward by a well-established next generation. Paule (Carl’s daughter) oversees sales and administration, while Pierre-Luc leads production and visual creation, notably through chocolate sculptures.

On site, let yourself be guided through an experience where chocolate-making traditions meet creativity. You’ll discover the secrets of chocolate production while observing artisans at work (during weekday production hours). Each product is crafted with passion, showcasing local ingredients from the Gaspé region.
