Théâtre de la Vieille Forge

4, rue de la Longue-Pointe
Petite-Vallée, Québec G0E 1Y0

Born in a former blacksmith’s shop on Longue Pointe in Petite-Vallée, the Théâtre de la Vieille Forge has been, since 1983, a landmark venue for Québec song… and much more. A multidisciplinary presenter on the shores of the St. Lawrence River, it hosts music, comedy, circus, and dance performances every summer, in addition to year-round programming.

Destroyed by fire in 2017, the theatre rose again thanks to the generosity of Quebecers and donors from across Canada. Inaugurated in June 2025, the new Théâtre de la Vieille Forge now welcomes audiences into an intimate venue where performances are presented almost every night throughout the summer, along with a warm and unique setting designed for artistic and human connections.

Its restaurant, Alfred – guinguette and café, invites you to enjoy a coffee, a beer on the terrace overlooking the sea, or a generous lobster roll.
